How can I place an order?
You can place an order online through our website or contact us by phone or WhatsApp for customization.

Yes. You can choose the size, color and materials for each piece, depending on the design.

Custom pieces typically take up to 15 working days.
Where are your products made?
Our furniture is handmade and crafted in our workshop in Lebanon.
What materials do you use?
Materials depend on the item selected. The available materials and finishes are confirmed for each piece.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing depends on the item, dimensions, materials and selected finishes.
What is your payment policy?
A 40% deposit is required before production, and the remaining 60% is due on delivery. Payment can be made in cash or through Whish Money.
Do you deliver internationally?
Currently, we offer local delivery only.
Do you provide installation?
Yes. Installation is included.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted only for defects caused by ASKALÉ.
